but i think he/she always want to exchange via moneybookers and moneybookers can't be chargeback so how he/she could be scammer any reason? please explain us more.

 

We really need a complaint section, where everybody can bring arguments and a mod is the judge. I've seen this on other forums and it seems to be working

 

And what's the basis of this observation? Has he 'scammed' you or just, in your opinion, wasted your time? There is a big difference.

 

Complaints section would be good, with this amount of people there are bound to be a few dickheads

 

Easier said than done. DP is a 10000 post a day forum and I think the most active trading forum on the internet.

It is better that DP remains neutral and let members solve their disputes themselves.
