    Thanks for the reference but I wouldn't necessarily avoid them. The sites are the pride and joy of their owners no doubt and we aren't all gifted at website creation! Some poorly designed sites are the efforts of disabled people or those with disabilities. Understanding and compassion is required here.

    The four examples I gave are not great looking sites but I guess that I shouldn't have lampooned (a smack for me!), they are examples of sites that don't really work visually and maybe we can all learn about the do's and dont's of website construction by looking at these four.

    Sorry about the poll, it was in bad taste, but was meant to be a bit of DP fun!
    After a couple of weeks voting, I may contact the winner's website and tell them that they have won an award by Digital Point voters for their 'creativity'.

    Now that's being 'euphamistic'!
