I can't see a site that big needing linkbait, but who knows? I am starting some small forums up and I don't want this kind of hassle. Anyone else that run forums have anything like this happen to them or heard of anything like this?

Bodybuilding.coms forums get a crapload of traffic already. Why would they risk tarnishing their reputation just for a stunt? But I agree, it does seem fishy. I would think the SS or FBI or whoever would at least come out or at least send a cop or something. Email? Too easy to fake.
It could also be a case of the admin falling for a prank started by one of two members. Regardless, it's either that or...
So either it's a hoax or the Admins of a huge forum is an idiot. Either way, it's still pretty funny. I'm going to keep checking back to see how this pans out.
