The company site is EcommerceForEveryone.com and his name in dp is called PuReWebDev I am telling everyone on what happen to me with them. I have signed up the $29.99/mth plan with them after chatting over and getting some idea of what the plan has etc. The moment I signed up, few hours later I got the information on my login, ns name to be pointed to, etc However, the moment i see the site, i have noticed that I am getting the $9.99/mth plan. I asked kindly over here since the person is online on how to activate my forum and blog which i have paid for. He told me to submit support ticket or live chat in the site if available. What is worst that the live chat is available but no one care to answer. I submitted support tickets but no reply on how to activate the blog and forum. So, since the user is here, I asked him but you guess what happen? He scold me not to do so in here. Ok, but where to find the answer when no one care to reply my question? Lastly, since no blog and forums information given on how to active, i asked him if possible for one to downgrade the plan since no blog and forums. Guess what happen next? He subspended my account and LIE that my order is all scam which told by paypal. Problem is, my account and cards are all verified years ago and never have problem, I asked him for the email from paypal but he refuse to give. Later today, I can confirmed that he dont want to do business with me as his last replied is as follow. "You don't need to keep asking, a business decision has been made. We do not want to do business with you and our business has concluded." I am upset for their customer service and how they deal with their customers request. It is not that I didnt pay. It is a warning to all as I still keep the information with me for now. Please guys... let me know what you think from here. * I have done a lot for my site and even got myself sick yet to get my site ready to run, but it's all gone. I am sorry to the person whom have done a lot for my site as well
