I'm writing this as a warning to all DP members.
Sk8r has conned me & others out of money, is still active & evn replied to a threatening PM I've just sent him.
Can a mod pls ban this piece of filth.
He is a criminal & has as good as put his paw in my wallet & robbed me of $100.
    The arrogance is extraordinary.
Does anyone know his IP? or how to get it?
    Please help.
    This is theft.

A forum admin could give you his IP but it's unlikely the police, FBI, or other authorities would even go after him. To even make it on their list you'd have to have lost $2000 minimum. Basically it's chump change. If you can get his IP or find out who his ISP is you could always call them up and give them the heads up. It's hit or miss really. Wish you the best of luck

Organized Fraud doesn't need a dollar amount. There's no specific number of victims that constitutes a case, either. It's the "pattern" showing intent. This is what differentiates a legitimate beef with services and an intentional act. In other words, each case is unique and based on the overall actions. Law enforcement could respond after 3 complaints and 10 in another -- once it's clear the person had no intention to complete their end of the deal.

DP should have a new section for scammers, or a spot people can air their grievances in one place. I see these threads everywhere.

you obvisuoly had to send payment to him. Was it paypal?

If so just forge a paypal email in html, email to him with a tracking pixel and get his ip that way. I have had to do that a few times for some of my clients to "find people" for them.

(Of course if he is one of my clients he will be using a private proxy server and is untraceable, then you need to resort to more extensive means)

Its actually a serious legal privacy issue for DP to give out or reveal the IP address of a user so dont bother asking them. (the only people they should be giving that information is to law enforcment only AFTER receiving a court order)
