The best way to resolve such issues is to contact a developer OR the vendor of the script. The scripts are zend encrypted and it's not possible for hosting companies OR the person using the applications to decode things in it.
Thanks madaboutlinux. The php file is encrypted in ioncube. Would it be good to ask help at the ioncube forum although I did not buy ioncube there? This ioncube stuff comes with Article Dashboard, which has not been updated by its developers.
