I just received this warning which I don't think is correct and i would like to fix it.

I just created a new thread in https://forums.digitalpoint.com/forums/wordpress.110/ talking about some plugins i built that I think will be helpful for community.

I saw other topics talking about plugins like https://forums.digitalpoint.com/threads/my-favorite-wordpress-plugins.2677500/ so i thought i could create one with the plugins I built.

5 minutes later i received an email with a " Warning received for started in the wrong area". I clicked on the warning but i don't have enough permissions to see what is about so im not sure what i did wrong.

I posted about three plugins i coded, two of them free and one paid. Could be that because i posted a plugin that is not free my post was deleted? I read the rules but couldn't find any specific to my case , that's why I'm asking here.

Hope you can help me out!

So just to clarify... I can't post in that section free plugins because i coded them ?
Can I post about plugins i didn't wrote?

As stated on my previous message there are posts talking about plugins on the section https://forums.digitalpoint.com/threads/my-favorite-wordpress-plugins.2677500/ so it's a bit confusing

It's subjective, but yeah... more or less. If you are here to promote plug-ins you wrote, they would go in the marketplace area.

But we could post in the reviews section if we wanted people to test them and provide feedback?
