    Hello,

I'm just alerting other DP members that the member raysting is a scammer. He bought one of my sites using a stolen PayPal account so now the payment has been reversed. He doesn't respond to any of my messages and has not transferred the domain of the website back to me. I locked him out of the hosting account (as the site was still on my server), but I can't get the domain back.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS MEMBER UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR WEBSITE STOLEN!

    You learn from your mistakes.

Whenever you sell a website, never transfer the domain until the money is in your bank account (2-3) days.

    Peace,

Thanks for the heads up. I was thinking about purchasing something from him, but will reconsider for now. Although, I'm a bit confused, on a couple things:

    1) Where is your sales thread? Please provide a link to that thread.

    2) Have you notified dp about this? If so, don't they take any action...like deleting his account?

    Thanks.

They didn't post in the sales thread, probably so they couldn't be immediately linked to the purchase. Check their iTrader if you like and you'll see the negative from me.
I haven't notified DP as I'm not sure how the best way to do this is. Can anyone tell me?
