I've noticed this guy asking for content writing jobs in the BST section and today I saw him make a thread to hire writers to rewrite articles extremely cheap. All his itrader points till now are as seller only.

Can I post in his topic warning them that he potentially might be just accepting at good rates and then making a thread to get it done cheaper?

He is outsourcing the work...this is normal practice.

    1. No, you may not post a warning thread and you may not post in his threads to harass him.

    2. Legally, unless an independent contractor signs a contract guaranteeing that all work will be done personally, it's their right to be able to subcontract any portion of their projects. (Based on U.S. rules, which is where DP is based.) Therefore a "warning" would be completely inappropriate. If a client wants that writer alone, then it's their responsibility to note that in the contract details.

    3. Writers are business owners. As long as the end product / service they're delivering meets their own client's needs and it's done legally, the rest of their process is none of your (or anyone else's) business. I see in your sig that you're also a writer. You don't have to sub-contract if you don't want to (I don't personally either), but it's well within the rights of your competitors and colleagues to do so if they please.
