Warning: PageRank Thread - Didn't this happen last year??

Picking through my caffeine-stained memory cells, it seems like I remember this time last year webmasters were all worried about the delayed 3rd quarter PR/backlink update, and then it happened January~ish.

Am I wrong about this?

 

I find it rather silly that people get so worked up over it. It will happen when it happens!

 

It happens every update. It is like people think there website will be dead if the blessed PR update does not happen. Life goes on and so does the Internet. Look to the future and you will see it all over again next update. Except for selling links, it is not that exciting.

 

I totally agree. My serps and traffic are up across the board so I really don't care about the PR.

Maybe I am suffering from a brain-fart, but it seems like there was the same freak-out last year, and then all was ok until August.

 

PR is really nothing to do with your SERP.....I'd better focus on SERP than PR.
