Warning!! Never Ever Use xbanner.biz

xbanner.biz is a CPM program that pays $0.7 CPM. See this thread

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=611847

The ads delivered by xbanner are infested with malwares and trojans. I used this program for just 1 day and I paid the price for it.

Google now displays my site as harmful. Every search result that bears my site name displays this message: "This site may harm your computer." Shit! Shit! Shit!!!

I already removed the ads earlier today. I just now have to wait for google crawler to craw my site again and remove the warning. I don't know how many days it could take. I'm thinking about increasing the crawl rate to hasten up the process. How can I fix this quickly? any idea?

    Never signup for xbanner ever.

i guess you learned your lesson by signing up with these cheesy looking ad networks.
on how long that message goes away depends on how often google bot visits.
even if google bot visits every day,it could take a few days for the index to update.

Someone should take some legal action against them. People should not be able to get away with this kind of stuff.

Another such program is http://www.neoffic.com/ that pays $2.00 CPM. I ran the ads on my site for a couple of days and even got paid. But then I received a few complaints from my readers that Avast is showing malware warnings with the site. I realised who was causing this and immediately removed it. Stay away from all such AD networks.

If you lost a few hundred dollars, it cost atleast $3k to take legal actions. It's not worth it...

the person we assume is the owner is on the forums and promoting the service, it is apparent of his disregard for others websites and their safety and reputation, who could i be talking about, aramex, see : http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=611847

don't hurt your site, don't use xbanners.biz, its that easy, also would a professional website make so many grammatical and spelling errors on their front page.

    happy holidays

I had mentioned this and cautioned users regarding this in the other thread.. But still some people learn only after burning their hands... I think xbanner & pay-ads are owned by the same guy (it's just my assumption). Compare both the pages

That's why I never sign up for any program that isn't more popular or used by people I trust before - if it's a great program, a lot more webmasters would be using it. I also never sign up for anything that's "too good to be true". Just be careful from now on, and I'm sorry you had to experience that. :)

Yes normally when it is too good to be true then it usually is and a lot of people learn that the hard way unfortunately.

When researching and looking for programs to use it pays just to have a really good look at their site. You can normally tell from the professionalism of their site which includes things like a solid ToS, privacy statement, FAQ/help, contact information etc. how credible they are.

It also pays to ASK people and get a recommendation.
