    Hello,

    During a recent review of your account we found that you are currently
    displaying Google ads in a manner that is not compliant with our program
    policies.

    EXAMPLE PAGE: one of my sites.

    Please note that this URL is an example and that the same violations may
    exist on other pages of this website or other sites in your network.

    VIOLATION(S) FOUND:

    ADULT/SEXUALLY GRATIFYING: As stated in our program policies, AdSense
    publishers are not permitted to place Google ads on pages with adult or
    mature content. This includes images or video content containing lewd or
    provocative poses, or close-ups of breasts, butts, or crotches. More
    information about this policy can be found in our help center:

    Adult content

    The AdSense network is considered family-safe, which means that publishers aren't permitted to place Google ads on sites which contain adult content. In addition to photos and videos which contain nudity or sexual activities, here are some other examples of unacceptable content:

    * Lewd or provocative images
    * Crude or indecent language, including adult stories
    * Sexual tips or advice
    * Sexual fetish sites (e.g. foot fetish content)
    * Adult toys or products
    * Ads or links to external sites containing adult content.

    ---------------------------

    ok now this is all over a wallpaper on my wallpaper site which is:

    [IMG]

    would you class this as adult content? i dont, its just a wallpaper and shes not nude at all.

    ---------------------------

    on another note, im afraid my ads placed on my forum mite be bad, can someone review my forums ad placements please.
    thanks: http://www.chatforums.net/

    These sort of post ads will surely attract google account suspension.

    Darn, I don't think it's really nude at all. How come Google says that this image where violating their rules.

    Would call it provocative, no worse than the kids are watching every night on TV, but then Google makes the rules.

    It falls under "provocative images" because she is pushing down her shorts, but maybe you could argue that she is pulling them up. lol

    Adult in nature, but not in content(picture)... Definitely sexy...LMAO!

    It all comes down to how much you value your adsense, or how much money you are making with them.. There is nothing else out there like Google's adsense program, but you can find others that are similar (might not pay as well), if you so choose to keep that "wallpaper" on your site...;)

    Good Luck with that!

    Why are you asking what people think? It doesnt really matter what we think.

    Google has already told you....period....

    Its Google Law...

    that would make a good site:

    GoogleLaw.com

    hahahah...

    It really depends on the view of the person from Google who reviews the site. It's a role of the dice who you get, and where one may think the photo is square with the rules, another won't.

    Provocative image, this is not worth risking your adsense account IMO. They really are trying to keep it clean and my experience with Google's customer service has been, "We already have millions of adsense advertisers, we dont need you!". So be careful.
