One of my proxy website was used to browse adult contents, but the link google adsense sent me is the link to proxified page browsing the adult content forum. I don't have any google adsense ads on the proxified pages.

On August 8th I received the following email mentioning I have 3 days to workout :-

    Hello,

During a recent review of your account we found that you are currently
displaying Google ads in a manner that is not compliant with our program
    policies
    (https://www.google.com/support/adsense/bin/answer.py?answer=48182&stc=aspe-1pp-en).

    --------------------------------------------------
    EXAMPLE PAGE:
    http://www.mysite.com/index.php?q=aHR0cDovL21ocm9zYS5jb20vc2hvd3RocmVhZC5waHA/dD03MzEwMw==

Please note that this URL is an example and that the same violations may
exist on other pages of this website or other sites in your network.

    VIOLATION(S) FOUND:

LINKS TO ADULT CONTENT: As stated in our program policies, AdSense
publishers are not permitted to place Google ads on pages with adult or
mature content. This includes displaying ads on pages that provide links
for or drive traffic to adult or mature sites. More information about this
policy can be found in our help center (
    https://www.google.com/adsense/support/as/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=105957
    ).

REQUESTED ACTION: Please make all necessary changes in the next 72 hours.

If the violations are corrected within the aforementioned time period, ad
serving will not be affected. If changes are not made and/or other policy
violations are encountered during the review process, ad serving will be
    disabled to your site.

    ACCOUNT STATUS: ACTIVE

Your AdSense account remains active. However, if we continue to find
problems, we may disable your entire account. Therefore, we suggest that
you take the time to review the rest of your network to ensure that all of
your other pages are in compliance with our policies.

The email was sent on 8th of August, I logged in to my mail account today and saw the email, my account's not disabled I have taken the site offline. It's already been four days but I don't know if they are still checking my site. The page that they pointed out was the proxified page and it didn't have any google ads on it. Have other proxy webmasters using google adsense experienced this kind of problem ? Also what did you do to resolve such problems ?

I was using phpproxy, I have converted all my proxy websites to glype excluding this one, Is there any way I can stop people from browsing adult contents through proxy. I need suggestions and guidelines.

Best is to take AdSense from that site completely.
And do not use adSense as long as the site is a proxy.

Thank you for your kind reply. I have completely taken the site offline but there are thousands of proxy websites with Google Adsense on them and the link they stated is a proxified page which doesn't have any google adsense ads, It's a website visited with my proxy. I have been hosting proxies since 2007 and I had so many websites but never had such problems. The site has good visitors and without adsense it will be of no use.

None of my websites are adult websites, all of them have updated privacy policy even though they are proxy websites, I never click my own ads, I haven't done anything that would violate the adsense terms and condition but the url they sent was an indexed url which was leading to some adult forum, the problem was with my phpproxy website and all the browsed index.php files being indexed, I have completed taken the site offline.

I don't know how other proxy hoster deal with such problems, we can't stop adult content browsing through our proxies.

    you should remove adsense quickly.
there are some similar proxy sites that may be showing adsense and adult stuff, but remember, only thief is that person who got caught. :)
so dont risk your adsense account for just one site

Did you have links to your proxified pages? Such as the homepage showing a block with the most recently proxified pages? I don't know otherwise why.
