Thanks! I'm guilty to some of those wrong positions. (The hands on the first photo looks creepy though)
go to control panel--> mouse settings--> select - switch the buttons. and now you may operate the mouse as you like. making the left button right and vice versa. LOL... that can be serious damage highly informative. Reading this post, I immediately checked myself for any of the listed activities I do. thankfully my hand positions while using keyboard and mouse are fairly right.
Fairly right isnt good enough Unless you want arthritis or something else much more vicious, make sure that you are giving yourself enough time in order to rest and relax
Useful information for the computer using guys. Now I am using the mouse and keyboard in proper manner.
I have decided to throw out the mouse, keyboard and screen. Now I am using the power of will to compute things
Nice illustrations. Thank you for sharing. Proper positioning can help us to reduce/avoid the future damage.
You'll friend alot more detail like this on ergonomics, just understand that you need to follow them and turn them into a routine trust me you'll get a longer lasting option when it comes to sustaining and handling the keyboard and mouse
This information is good for me. And I think everyone needs to know it. I like working with computer. I ever heard about the problems of using keyboard due to the position of our arms. To avoid or minimize the problems, I would like to ask whether there are any good exercises for our arms and hands before and after using our computers.
