    One of the best solutions that you can get is to try and search on ergonomics, you'll find it easier to manage your workload plus it'll help you relax alot more :)

    The postures are more important for people who spend a lot of time before computer. It is in our own interest to safeguard our health. BTW, there are some good pictures.

    If you are too much afraid of repeatedly using the mouse, always have the cat besides you. It will take care of injuries arising from improper / repeated use of mouse :p
