    Failed attempt at Photoshop?

    The image clearly states fbcdn.net.

This is something weird for a site with 7 Alexa Ranking. Imagine "Google bans google.com from search index".

Facebook is not a phishing site, or else it would not be so big and definitely would not still be running! I expect you entered a URL to a phishing site which is very similar to youtube! i.e. www.facebo0k.com or something!

facebook has strong financial standing so it doesn't make sense for it to phish information. what i don't like is when i try to advertise and it asks for my credit card no which obviously will be stored in its database. they should use paypal because they have my photos and they know all my friends so it's uncomfortable to disclose both personal and financial information to the same site.

Ever heard of URL masking? That's often what phishing sites do. Make it look like your connecting to a different URL, when in fact you are connecting to static.ak.fbcdn.net and not facebook. This is how they try to get people. They make you think you're somewhere safe. Thankfully you don't use IE or it might not have noticed.
If you manually type facebook.com into your URL you shouldn't have this problem.

Another possibility - - Facebook API and applications -- it would be possible to create a facebook application that either has malicious intent, or does not use proper protocols or syntax which would alert Chrome that it is a potentially hazardous site.
