Hey everyone, i bought a reseller package from this company and my site was always down so i asked for a refund still within 7 days and refused in fact it was worse they completely ignored me twice. I tried chatting to them on live help and was ignore. I opened up and spoke with them after a while they ignored me, so i decided to open up another window and put in a different name and they answered, there are being down right rude, bad attitude please watch when dealing with this company. I have noticed this guy has been banned from DP! Thats good news!!! I got a screen shot trying to take with them on two windows as proof how crap this company is! **I have better quality if anyone wants it!**

You need more proof than any IM conversation. This will not hold up in court for even 2 minutes. I wouldn´t sleep a day with all that photoshopping and notepadding going on! Anyway, sounds very bad what happened, but hey, I know they have got an account on this forum. Try to contact them.
Okay Kev, here´s whats up. I have just talked to one of their representatives on msn: You can reach him there too. He explained to me that they had a master reseller from forcium. However, they had alot of downtimes and forcium also has been sold. They now have got another host running, however he is banned on DP. The ban happened because he complained about an infraction he received. I hope I have helped you in this matter, the best is to contact him on MSN I think. I am sure they also want to solve it.

Nothing beats a real webhost company like hostgator.com, hostdime.com and surpasshosting.com. Of course there are other ones too but you want to make sure your host actually has ACCESS to the datacenter. A lot of the hosts here are just resellers and have no control over the servers which is a bad thing!
That's not true, it's quite easy to colocate your own servers in datacenters nowadays. You just rent an empty rack, you buy servers in a store, and you colocate them. You pay for traffic, electricity and the rackspace. Many hosts have their own servers, I agree there are also many resellers. You CAN get access to your servers BETTER at a smaller dedicated server provider, because a large host like hostgator is not going to let you go even close to their servers in person.
