This is a warning to all members who use Odesk, getafreelancer and getacoder. This coder accepted work on the basis that he would take $100 up front and complete the work within 2-3 days. After payment was sent to him, he went awol without contact for the 3 days that followed next. The he contacted me after i threatened to expose him for the scammer tht he is. He told me that the coding would be completed in a further 2 days time. That time passed and again he came up with nothing. He has now told me that he will not complete the work so i have now lost out on $100 and got no coding for my trouble. Now you need to avoid this SCAMMER with a mile distance!
That is one of the reasons why I do not deal with sites like that. Perhaps you could ask for a refund, though? If not, could you report him?
I feel sorry for you seriously. What you can do now is report this to the admin or charge back. Always check the coder rating before make any advance payment to them.
