No! I'm ISO 9001:2009 certified Indian.
I'm afraid, contradictory to what you said, there are in fact only a few good apples.

I know some good apples myself.
I will hate it when i see an affiliate company or any other company for that matter will not accept me just because I am from India which is in their blacklist.Personally, I will curse them and feel why did they do this to my nation?

But later the very same day, coming back to normal , I would understand why they did it when I think on the company's perspective.

I would say it is perfectly okay to blacklist countries that have a high fraud rate based on your business experience if you are willing to compromise the probability of getting some great publishers from that country.

It's business after all! It's a private company that is being run for $$$$$$ ! profits! It's not a communist party or a church run organization!:p

Personally, I will feel bad. No doubt!:(

    Explained above!

    Just read it!

It may seem high because of the population of India being at 30 billion.

What is...ISO 9001:2009 certified Indian. Is that a type of a Indian photography setting?

I know man... I can reason as to why the companies shouldn't be doing that. But then, they don't give a crap for what the actual population of India or whateva country is.

Also a better stat here would be to the number of people who are into the Internet and AM / IM and those who are involved in such blackhat / scams.

I am pretty sure it is high for India and I'm sure no one would deny that.
    Sad, but true!:confused::(

I'm not happy writing these posts, but then reality is such.

solutions is only seen when having a good cup of coffee,... which is what im currently doing!

when i started off the net, i met with huge problems over people trusting me as an Indian, ...
    coz some loser scammed them!....

till date, every time i do a good job, i ensure i tell them im from India! so they believe only few are rotten here...

Coffee => you have to have a spoon of sugar for every half spoon of coffee! to make it taste good!
... you as an Indian have the responsibility of showing the world what India is about ... remember the Amir Khan Ad,... really liked it... same thing here! :) ...

im tooo sleepy ... pardon my babble, but this is what i believe in!

I'll have to agree with you man.
    That's a great job you're doing.
    :D

But then it will take many more people to prove a point.
The general consensus is what I'm talking about.

Now, people always say - Don't generalize and they have no friggin Idea of what generalization means.

It just means that most people or a higher percentage of people do such things which is undoubtedly true in this specific case. I don't think anyone will deny that for at least the next couple of years.:(
