Warm Up Poses before starting Yoga Exercise

    Before doing any exercise you should be physically ready for it. Warm up will give you help in doing difficult poses.
    Learn some warm up poses which we should do before starting for our yoga class.

    Eyes Exercise:
    We are doing exercise for different muscles, but do you think about your Eye. It also need some exercise. Eye is a special element in our body. We normally move our head to see the object like book, computer, T.V etc. but never move eyes. By moving your eyes in every direction without moving head will help you in strengthening your Eye muscle.

    Neck Exercise:
    Seating in front of computers continuously, reading book all work is related to Neck. Lots of persons are taking tension on their neck. To overcome this problem Follow these steps.

    Shoulder Lifts:
    All of our work creating pressure on neck and shoulder whether it is seating in front of computer, reading book, watching T.V. etc.
    It creates tension in neck & shoulder. Learn how to release tension from your shoulder.
