i doubt it. every other mmorpg guide works fine. there are actually no legal reasons to close down any of them, so its just the guy forgot to pay his bills i guess.
yeah it is of course, but i doesn't make writing the guide illegal as long as you mention all appropriate copyrights in your disclaimer. i'm not an expert of course. but, for example, windows for dummies books would be illegal as well wouldn't they?
No, but they can shut you down if you use a trademark in a domain name. I know people it happened to for having digg+word.com and youtube+word.com
