Boy, this one's a toughy.

One the one hand, within its own context, it's a great concept -- a wiki of warez.

On the downsides -- and there are many -- you have piracy and lawsuit issues. And demographic issues, because the warez scene isn't a very profitable demo. I don't imagine considering the penchant for smartassery among the warez scene that a wiki would work well.

Let's call it $30 on general value, $100 with the right buyer who want to be constantly sued all the time.
