Warez Site hosted Off-Shore? Safe?

I have a warez site hosted in the neterlands, there is no legal issues I need to worry about is there?

I don't think Netherlands is as safe as countries like Hong-Kong, Panama and Malaysia, which are actually considered offshore.

I'm not to sure Netherlands is to be honest.

 

I am not 100% sure it's in the netherlands, I will need to check that out if thats the case, I was told it was legal from the host if I had warez links but cannot directly upload to the server.

 

"warez linking" shouldn't be a problem, just don't store any files, that will cause problems.
