Warez(Off-Shore) Host Needed. PLZ only Reliable And Old member Reply

I need a warez host. Company must be old enough, i am not any how interested in web host who starts business in 2/3 month. I have my own server and hosting company, bt that is on-shore and cant even risk to link to any file as that server is costly, high-end and my lots site depending on that, so i cant risk to any legal issue.

PLZ only Reputed member with 50+ iTrader reply or ppl with xxxx post and good rep.

Depending on price i want to buy reseller if possible so i could create separate account for different site.

U dont need to be owner, if any body know any so cool and he used it for year a good host and allow warez linking(at least), u could also inform me that, i will giv rep for good infos.

Requirements:
*At least warez linking allowed
*Off-shore server
*Web hosting company in Netherlands will be great
*cPanel/WHM will be great
*Monthly payment deal or if could visit NL office then yearly or more bigger deal.
