Warez are allowed there. Also you get good pings from there to Europe and the US.

That's why many warez forums are hosted there.

 

But they allow to host only warez forums or also just on own server movies, games etc ?

 

I guess they allow server hosting etc pretty much everything

 

They do, further i guess even domain registration aint even a problem

 

Warez can also be considered movies, hence yes.
