Warez linking in Germany?

    Is warez linking allowed in germany ? Please answer only if you know since this is really important for me and dont make stupid speculations just to increase your post counter.. (I have seen this done thousand of times in this forum-category)

    It's not legal in germany.
    Most datacenters in germany ask you to leave once you get dmca complaints or they find out you are linking to warez.
