    Traffic: sorry don’t know current server does not have stats, the best I can do is tell you is a couple months ago it was using about 40 GB of bandwidth per month.

    Currently there are - Threads: 30,249, Posts: 211,228, Members: 19,731

    Getting about 50 to 100 new signups per day.

    Legal Issues:
    The site does not host any files, and only has links to other sites. The country where the server is located has no laws against warez, and on top of that I have not posted any of the links. So there really are no legal issues, about the only thing that has happened is someone who claimed to be a movie director sent me an email and asked me to removed one of the posts that was displayed to the public.

    Vbulletin License:
    Forgot to say that included is a vBulletin (Owned License)
    The owned vBulletin Forum license allows you to run the software on your site indefinitely.

    Starting bid:
    I would sell the site for less than the bin price, but I really don’t know how much less. If it isn’t worth anything, then I would just keep it.

    I don't realy have $3,000. but I like the idea of the site, would it be alright if I pay you back around $100-400 aweek? or even.

    My first choice would be to get paid up front,
    But, I would consider taking payments...
    However, they would have to be more than just the money the site is making.

    How much time did you take in getting these 19k members?

    What are your source of traffic?
    Are you doing any kind of paid advertising as well?
