Hi i want to start a warez forum (phpbb) so i need a suggestion is their any profit or advantage to own a warez forum . thanks.
You can make a lot of money off them if done right. I know one of the co-owners of SolidNode.com runs a big one. Only thing is... expect to get hacked/ddosed a lot.
it takes a lot to take off a warez forum because of your competitors (pirate buy, warez-bb, demonoid) but if you can pull it of you can make some good money
Just make it unique, there are tens of warez forums created daily and yours won't take off unless you have something unique about it. They can be monetized, very well infact if you know what you're doing. Good luck
pick a good niche (internet marketer products are very good start). but you need to always be able to provide new warez not available at anywhere else yet. warez sites are hard to maintain. bw is huge, a lot of attack from competitors, law enforcement, and difficult to seo.
if you ask me ...... i will say change your idea .. I my self own 5 warez forums ... not very big .. some wat big .. now i feel to get away of it ... I am just there because i dont want members who support just stop ...
In some cases to get off the ground will take some initial investment. You will also have the risk of the feds cracking down on warez/pirate forums.
