    It appears he doesn't own the site but the whois info matches his PayPal and his PayPal email address. The database was broken so now the site is completely empty. He has not refunded me or responded to the PayPal dispute, nor has he sent me anything related to the site. The phone # is fake too.

    I'll give him a couple more hours before I jump to conclusions..

    Just a warning to you, your dealing with a Warez owner, which is illegal, so not all, but some of the owners do illegal dealings as well for money :(!

    Confusing sentence but I think I got my head around it. Not a lot of warez webmasters would scam people, the whole point of warez is giving not taking, if you get the concept.

    It was me who sold him the site so yeh it does belong too him now as far as i know ;) i responded with $50 too take it back but decided not too.

    When he comes on yahoo ill get him too come check this thread.

    Twinbees, it's a good point but not always true. I have gotten better deals before, you just have to risk it sometimes. I just left a negative iTrader.. I hope the system isn't flawed so that he can rate me negative and get away with it?

    Sad part is that he is still around the forums taking place in auctions..
