First of all his site has been hacked, meaning if you where going to buy it from him you would have to do some serious security changes. If you don't know how to it's going to cost you quite a bit money.

Second, He's new here and his selling a WAREZ site. People that are in warez sites are the worst potential buyers of any kind, these people want to get everything FREE. Meaning if your selling anything digital on your site you'll most likely find your product via your own forum for free or on rapidshare.

Third, The members on these site are most kids, meaning good luck selling anything to them.

Forth, This seller has been accused to be a hacker and a scamer. How often is someone selling a site here and is accused of scam?? not often and if they are it means they are most likely a scamer.

This guy is the lowest of low. Big scammer. Here is the background on this idiot. I have the username of dragonflies at sitepoint.com . I was contacted by this same seller this morning, telling me he owned a site called halo3forum.com . He wanted $3,000 cash. I checked the site out and thought wait I must be dreaming. The site had to be worth at least $50,000-$60,000 bucks. Scratched my head and started doing some research.

I then pm'd the seller asking him could he talk via phone. He comes back telling me he is out of the country on business that he is a corporate lawyer. Then he comes back to me again telling me he lives in California but is out of town.

I did a dns look up located the real owner. I called him on the phone. He was shocked to say the least becuase he told me that he sold the site over 1 week ago for serious funds. This guy is a scammer and he uses the same emails. I contacted paypal but he seems to still be using the same paypal hotmail email account.

I knew I was being scammed so I asked if I could wire the funds western union cash he of course tells me no that he takes paypal only. Everyone watch out. DON'T BUY A SITE IF YOU CAN'T TALK TO THE SELLER LIVE ON THE PHONE. Or if a seller is over agressive and wants cash asap!!!! Hope this helps. I have copies of all his messages if anyone wants to read them.

His site wasn't hacked! Take a look at site point.com . He just joined there this morning. BS! Scammer!!!!!

thok did you read anything above. The guy selling is a scammer . Read before you post it can help save your ass in the long run.

 

Don't bother man don't bother - apperantly some ppl won't read and are aching to get scammed. Example:

He scammed me with the 50/50 deal.

In any case if anyone manages to get scammed after all these warnings, well I hope he takes you for your last penny.
