in your other thread, you linked froghosts as your host. if froghosts is your host then you do not own the server because its hosted by theservergroup unless you are the owner of theservergroup

Actually, this is very unlikely.... A DC will not shut down the entire server instantly when they find out that you host warez or recieve a DMCA notice! They would certainly contact and let you know so you could handle the situation before the DC would take action!

So yes and no, you would be warned and would be told to take action yourself regarding the warez account before the DC does anything with your server what so ever!

But if you don't react, then the DC will terminate that single account or the entire server... It all depends on the Datacenter

 

Overall, it's quite risky for both the server owner and the client.

Also, what do you mean by this is your own server? Do you physically own it?
