Wanting to hire with someone having knowledge of running a directory.

Alright, this post is in reference to this article that I wrote a few days ago, on my blog.

About a month ago, I bought 2 PR5 directories from someone on here, within a week of payment, there was a PR update and the PR came down to PR4.
Now I don't really have time to manage these directories, owing to other projects and stuff.

Now the features of these directories are,
- These directories are unannounced, PR4 with internal Paging PR2.
- I am working on a custom theme for both the directories.
- They reside on unique C-Class IPs.
- 18 PR3 Links have been accrued, will continue fuelling them with links.
- Can provide you with articles/content on any topic anytime.
- My staff can work as editors on this, so no need to worry about that.

Your work
- You will treat this directory as your own.
- Install all the necessary mods.
- Install a blog (Just ask me for the content), and post on it regularly.
- Promote the directory, do atleast a few submissions to other directories

Alternatively
- You work on the directory and do all the required work on it and make it acceptable, we can figure out a way to take it on from there.

- Estimated time of Dir launching from the date you take the project
- Prior experience
- The list of things you plan on doing on the directories.
