Wanting to hire people to join my team

Hi,

I am looking to get a few writers together and form a team of writers. I would like for these writers to be from America, UK, Aussie, or Canada. If you are from somewhere else I might consider it if your English is top notch.

The writers on my team will be for the most part working for .01 per word. Sometimes that might change depending on who the client is.

Here are some other various things that might be needed:

I'll be needing rewrites. Send in your prices so I can see the going rates of rewrites.

I'll be needing cheap "How To Articles".

I am looking for someone who might be able to proofread articles so send in your prices.

I am also looking for someone who writes press releases at affordable prices. Please send your rates.

I am looking for one person that might be willing to forum post. This won't happen often but sometimes it might.

I am also looking for another person who can do blog commenting.

For the other jobs feel free to send in your price and samples. I might consider them as I have not yet decided on what you would be getting paid. These won't be needed every week.

I am also looking for people who might be willing to translate articles if needed. If you translate something I would up the price to .02 per word but I imagine that this won't be very often.

I am looking for people who are on a lot, can talk on yahoo,msn or gmail, can meet deadlines, and pass copyscape 100%. If you fail to pass copyscape you'll be handed back the articles and removed from the team right away. The pay comes once the jobs are finished and pass copyscape. You must be willing to write on a variety of niches.

Please note that I am just starting this out. I'm first viewing applications and hiring people before I have the work to give out. Each person first gets handed an assignment by me and then a deadline before I give one from a real client. There will be a flat rate for the first batch and then after that you'll be getting more work if all goes as planned.

I pay via PayPal only.

When you apply for this please send in a sample of your work, how long it takes you to complete five articles and how long it takes you to complete ten articles, let me know what niches you like, and how long you are on the computer per day. Please inform me of where you are from and when you are on the computer. I need for all of my team to have yahoo messenger.
