    Untracable that is imposible , but to get a vps where abuse email gets no answer then you can go with china hosts they never repond to abuse reports to report an abuse to china hosts is the worst thing you ever need to do , the emails listed on whois ips nobody ever answer or they are invalid,i made so many reports about china people i saw to many ips but belive me nobody reply to emails and nobody suspended the ip with the abuse report , so i belive you can call this situation "Untracable" if nobody take care of abuse then is realy
