    should be fairly small. under a few thousand uniques/month, but not brand new. needs to support at least rapidshare, megaupload and hotfile and be a licensed script. no .info domains

    pm me the following info and anything else you can think is important: traffic, asking price, how long the site has been up, where you are hosted and current resources used, etc
