Wanting ideas for websites that require very low key maintainance?

    Just wondering what website I can make thats very easily maintained? i.e a free sms sending site, not very keen on auto blogs..

    - an IP locator
    - a WHOIS checker
    - an audio/video/file format converter
    - an uploading site
    - a graphics manipulation site
    - a thumbnail generator
    - an automatically generated site directory
    - a watermarking tool
