I need someone to program our wordpress theme. It needs to automatically rotate between the listed software programs. It needs to be table-less css and it needs to be compatible with most web browsers & O/S's. What's the best price you can offer to program this theme? I'm looking to spend $40-70. I had recently hired someone for this, but they tried to rip me off by delaying the project a month. So hopefully someone can help me out and make up for all the delays. Thanks.
