    You must be able to:

    -Use Plugins + Customize If Needed
    -Design WP Themes and/or Code Them
    -Have Telephone Available for Communication OR Skype Voice Chat
    -Must be available during "Los Angeles, California, USA" business Hours (10am-5pm)
