    hmmm well how bout this..........I have a site with a alexa ranking of under 45,000, it gets over 130,000unique visitors a month, and is a page rank 4, and, has a member base of over 30,000!! this site is 4 years old and certainly NOT a cheap site, all custom built script, php based and this site gets sales daily some times several a day.I might not even sell it , I can tell you I will not even consider anything less than 25,000 for this as its among the top ten sites in its field, it is internet related and not porn, gambling or illegal, my site has a EXCELLENT reputation in many forums as well as many viral listings on google,yahoo, msn, all the web,and about 66 other big search engines...

    i've got a site I would consider selling that gets about 80-90,000 uniques a month.

    I have a few gaming sites that get around that in traffic, some more.. If your interested in them (3 total) I'd be willing to accept offers on them as a package deal, which would come with a great domain name for gaming related free forum hosting service.
