I need someone to do the following: 1) Copy an existing website and use it as a template - changing it enough to not be a obvious knockoff, but keeping the quality look and feel. 2) Keep the exact same menus except change the look a little. 3) Use php or ssi to include common elements so I can change a menu without updating all the pages. 4) Use of a CMS is preferred. 5) change out the graphics. The site has flash but a static graphic is preferred. Basically it needs to be similar but different. If you can do this please PM me for details.
