WANTED: Web designer/PHP Coder for quick job.

    I need 3 simple things:

    1- Contact form. The form is already designed, you just need you to grab a free PHP contact form out there and put it in the HTML. The PHP contact form should be able to sent e-mail to multiple addresses in a config file. Contact form must be secure.

    2- Change/CSS a store locator form to match the existing template and some data entry(copy/paste).

    3- Copy an existing gift certificate form and implement it in a new template. (Some CSS/colors changes). (PHP form coding/e-mailing).

    Will pay $10.00 for the job. With more job to come. I need it within 24 hours, if you can't do it then please don't apply.

    If you do a good job, there will be additional works to follow.
