WANTED: Web designer for copy & paste job.

    I need a good Web graphic designer & PHP programmer for two jobs.

    1- I bought a new Template Monster and need someone to copy/paste 10 static pages over to the new template and organize it and do some clean up of the template. The job need a someone familiar with PHP so you can re-create a form for purchase of a gift certificate(mail out) and install a store locator script (free) that I will provide it to you and port some data over. ($20)

    2- Designing a DVD cover & DVD itself. ($30)

    The first job requires you to complete within 3 days. The second job 4 days at most. If you can perform the job well, there may be more jobs to come. I need you to commit to the timeline and constant communication. If you cannot communicate and give me some updates every day or two, please don't take it.

    I need you to send a sample portfolio of your work with your PM. No portfolio, no work.
