[WANTED] Web designer available to do simple site w/ a flash index page

I am looking for a web designer who is available to do a site ASAP for me. The job will include the following:

• logo design that I will also need in a vector format
• index page done in flash with original artwork
• the menu items will need to have flash rollovers (i.e. when an menu item has the mouse over it on the index page, a short animation on the page will occur)
• the main part of the site should be php and will have 8-10 pages with the ability to add more at a later date - designed off of a drupal backend would be preferred
• site must be 100% complete before the end of May, no exceptions
• budget is under $1000US

Several people have PMed me with some good quotes. short responses above certainly don't display a great interest in the project.
