    Please only contact us if you are looking for fast payment and if:

    * Your website is at least 9 months old

    * Your website have a PROFIT of at least $300/month on average

    * You can provide us with solid proof of income, expenses and traffic stats

    * Your website is 100% automatic and requiers no work or very little work

    * If you are willing to sell your website for a maximum 12 months worth of profit. The more solid we feel the site is the higher amount we will be willing to pay for it.

    We can pay by Paypal, wire or escrow.
    We can do business right away!
