[WANTED] Want to buy an established site up to U$1500 budget

    Hi everyone,

    We are looking to invest in (buy) an established site.

    Requirements:
    - Domain, Site and all contents must be transferred to us.
    - If any script, etc licenses are required please state this clearly.
    - Site must be active and up for at least 1 year. (This does not mean that the domain was registered a year ago, but there has had to be an active site for at least a year)
    - Prefer sites that are making money, but all sites will be considered.
    - Sites costing LESS then U$1000 will also be looked at with pleasure.
    - site has to have a global audience.

    Accepted site types:
    - Information sites
    - forums
    - communities
    - directories

    NOT accepted:
    - MFA sites (Made for Adsense)
    - Adult sites
    - gambling sites
    - eBay stores
    - any sites selling physical stock
    - proxy sites
    - very localized sites (eg: lower LA apartments)

    We are very flexible on payment method, please pm requirements.

    Great Informational site, with info on Civil War, will be updating it with 400+ pages containing contact specific to the individual battles of the Civil War.

    This site is already an excellent resource as is, I am entertaining offers as it is developed, but honestly, the more that is developed the higher the price will go ;-)
