    I need someone that know how to code using Visual Basic. I need this within 48 hours or less. I need for someone to create me a stock portfolio by following directions on this page (PDF): http://h1.ripway.com/lllpumaslll/S25C-108052707040.pdf

    This is also needed: Give pseudo code for program, documentation (notes inside the code saying what does what, etc.), Sub an Functions used, snapshots for interface, test data and snapshot of output
