Wanted: Valuation for high traffic Spy Gadget Site

    I'm looking at some new projects, so I am considering selling my top site, which is all about spy gadgets (http://tinyurl.com/2xhpuv).

    It's currently ranked PR3 (but Google hit it recently where it was a PR5). Most revenue is from Google Adsense at roughly $800+ a month, also affiliate earnings of about £10 (GBP) a month on average, and about £9 a month from Amazon Associates.

    800+ unique visitors a day, and about 250+ RSS readers. Very popular site for this niche. All content is 100% unique.

    It's ranked highly in search engines (as in top 5) for most keywords relating to spy cameras and spy gadgets.

    Would like to hear some ideas of value. My guess is $800 x 10, plus £19 x 10 (i.e. 10 months earnings). But opinions are greatly appreciated.
