    Because a utility bill is a legal document and asking here on this forum someone's legal document is illegal

    Its a reciept for you paying your bill and wont be used for any illegal activity

    Alex if I was going to do anything illegal with this do you think i would be stupid enough to post it on a public forum geez ..
