I'd like to hire someone to make one of those "sliding pop-ups" that can't get blocked by pop-up-blockers AND implement it into all pages of my site. I'd like to have the ability to turn the pop-up "on" and "off" as well as change the text on my own, after you install the basics. I bought software to do it myself, however I couldn't figure out how to get it to go live!
