I am looking for someone who has exceptional knowledge with programming in Wordpress. I have an idea for a site and can put together the design (psd files). I do not need someone to do the design development of the site, but it would be a plus if you had a good design sense. I want to be able to pass the psd files off to you, have you code the site, and add any input that you think would be valuable.
